We are open to changing our catalog or our systems to make this work. This is where those changes get written down: what is needed, who owns it, what was decided and whether it is finished. Anything raised at a meeting should end up here the same day.

How we use this
- Anything Gemist needs from our side — a field added, an export in a different shape, a different review flow — gets raised here rather than agreed in a thread and forgotten.
- Every change has one named owner. "Both teams" is not an owner.
- A change only moves to Agreed when a decision is written against it, with the date and who made it. That line is the record.
- Open items are the weekly meeting agenda. Done and Declined stay visible under Everything so nothing gets re-litigated.
Entries are kept in this browser while we agree the process. They move into the catalog builder once it is live for the Gemist team.
